The structure consists of terraced levels that follow the terrain’s configuration, ensuring every apartment enjoys an uninterrupted panoramic view of the sea. A combination of natural materials—stone, wood, and glass—blends seamlessly with the surrounding greenery, while modern lines and large openings emphasize the elegance of the design.

The hotel complex is immersed in rich tropical vegetation with palm trees and low plants, contributing to a sense of privacy and relaxation. Partially covered terraces offer sun protection, while pools and pathways visually merge with the beach and sea backdrop. Designed for maximum comfort and luxury, this project reflects the philosophy of sustainable, luxurious, and experiential architecture.
